Bookings and Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise agreed, all bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions, which are subject to change. The management's decision is final, in accordance with the legal rights you hold. For further information, please contact us.
- All bookings should be made through an approved booking agent.
- A deposit is required to confirm a booking, and must be paid within one month of making a reservation.
- Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Cancellations must be made in writing, and sent to our registered postal address.
- For cancellations made between two to three months before the start of the intended stay, 50% of the total amount of the booking will be payable.
- For cancellations made within two months from the start date of the intended stay, a payment equivalent to the total amount of the booking will be payable.
- For camping and self-catering buildings, balances must be paid in full before departure, unless otherwise arranged and confirmed.
- Campsites are subject to a minimum charge per night.
- No refunds can be made in respect of a stay terminated before the due departure date.
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking in the event of unforeseeable circumstances (force majeure)
